Job Type: Fixed-term contract (1 year) with the possibility of future employmentMinimum Requirements:At least 6 months of experience in Finance / Accounting / ControllingUndergraduates or graduates in Economics / Finance and/or Accountancy QualificationProficiency in English and ItalianNestlé welcomes people with disabilitiesPosition SummaryIn this role you will be part of our Finance Team and you will support the financial analysis process for the overheads costs to facilitate a fact-based decision-making process, ensuring adherence to Financial and Nestlé Accounting Standards requirements.A day in the life...Collaborating with the centre of competence based in Barcelona to prepare dynamic forecasts (annual and quarterly review) and actual closing;Interacting with the stakeholders for the operational file to prepare the budget with the Official Budget tool;Making manual journal/accrual for the monthly closing;Interacting with internal stakeholders to define the budget and for quarterly review for the spending;Collaborating with the Decision Support Manager, Overheads and Business Controllers in order to provide high-quality data / timely framework;Preparing Reporting, data and analysis to be submitted to the Business Unit Controller and functional directors.What Will Make You SuccessfulBasic knowledge of Financial Management and Accounting PrinciplesStrong knowledge of Excel; SAP is a nice to haveCuriosity and attention to detailStrong relational and organizational skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
