As we scale across Europe, we’re looking for a Growth & Marketing Intern to support our go-to-market initiatives and gain hands-on experience across the full marketing spectrum. This 6-month paid internship is designed for fast learners who want to make an impact from day one. You don’t need specific technical expertise—what matters most is curiosity, proactivity, and the drive to learn quickly. The role offers a clear path to a full-time offer for those who demonstrate growth, ownership, and results. You’ll report directly to the Growth Principal and gain exposure to every area of marketing, from strategy to execution. Responsibilities As a Growth & Marketing Intern, you’ll: • Support market analysis and research , identifying trends, competitors, and opportunities • Help manage our CRM and contribute to marketing automation workflows • Assist with digital marketing campaigns (paid, SEO, email)• Coordinate and schedule social media content , especially on LinkedIn • Contribute to content strategy , including blog posts, newsletters, and thought leadership • Support event planning and execution (both online and offline)• Collaborate on PR and branding campaigns to strengthen Aptus.AI’s visibility • Help measure campaign performance and report on key growth KPIs Qualifications • Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, or related fields • Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly and take ownership from day zero • Proactive mindset : you don’t wait for instructions, you bring ideas and solutions • Good writing and communication skills in Italian and English (French is a plus)• Previous internship experience in startups, consulting or corporate • Comfortable using digital tools (CRM, social media, analytics, or design tools are a plus)• Detail-oriented, curious, and motivated to contribute in a high-growth, fast- paced environment Internship Details • Duration : 6 months • Compensation : Paid internship • Location : Hybrid or full remote (option to work from our Milan office)• Reporting to : Growth Principal • Future opportunity : Internship aimed at transitioning into a full-time role for strong performers Why Join Aptus.AI At Aptus.AI, we operate with the mindset of an international scale-up—not a local startup.
