This role is pivotalin driving the growth and performance of the Italian market byensuring the successful launch and continuous optimization. Therole will contribute to achieving the company's overall businessobjectives and revenue goals in Italy. Main activities 1. ProductDevelopment: - Create products that are tailor-made for smallprofessionals, and easy to sell for small brokers - Monitor thetechnical performance and optimize the technical results throughstrategic pruning and / or price updates, in line with carriers 2.Commercial Performance Management: - Monitor the commercialperformance across all business lines - Draft commercial plans withthe Head of Distribution - Support the distribution team to getaccess to small, high producing, specialist brokers 3. UnderwritingExpertise: - Maintain high underwriting expertise within the teamto provide accurate answers as a level 2 point of contact for thebroker services team. 4. Leadership and Transition Management: -Ensure strong leadership to help the team transition frombig-ticket systematic case underwriting to portfolio underwritingof small tickets for small professionals. Competenze ed esperienzaExperience - 10-15 years of experience in the insurance industry,ideally within an international insurer or as the second-in-commandin a similar department. - Proven track record in SME insurancemarkets. - Experience in launching intranet solutions for carrierswith medium-sized brokers. - Expertise in designing specificinsurance products for brokers. - Knowledge of at least twoinsurance product lines (e.g., Professional Indemnity/Property,Professional Indemnity/Motors). Competencies - Strong understandingof SME insurance products and market dynamics. - Technicalexpertise in Professional Indemnity, Property, and Motor insurance.- Fluent in Italian and English. Skills - Excellent communicationskills. - Strategic vision and analytical mindset. - Projectmanagement and leadership capabilities.
