Permanent Staffing, divisione di Staff Spa, seleziona per un brand internazionale di moda conosciuto per il suo stile contemporaneo e sofisticato, con collezioni versatili per donna, uomo e accessori, un/una Sales Assistant appartenente alle categorie protette (L.68/99), appassionato/a di moda e desideroso/a di entrare in un contesto giovane e dinamico, da inserire presso il punto vendita di Padova. Cosa farai:Accogliere e assistere la clientela con cortesia e professionalità.Supportare il processo di vendita e consigliare i clienti sui prodotti.Gestire la cassa e le operazioni di pagamento.Riassortire la merce e curare l'allestimento e l'ordine del punto vendita.Garantire il rispetto degli standard del brand (visual, ordine, immagine store).Requisiti richiesti:Iscrizione al Collocamento Mirato (L.68/99).Ottime capacità relazionali e predisposizione al contatto con il pubblico.Spirito di squadra e capacità di lavorare in un contesto retail dinamico.Flessibilità di orario.Esperienza nel retail è un plus, ma non indispensabile.Cosa offriamo:Contratto part-time (circa 24 ore settimanali).Ambiente lavorativo giovane, inclusivo e orientato alla crescita.Formazione continua su prodotto, visual merchandising e tecniche di vendita.Opportunità di sviluppo interno all'azienda.
