Di cosa ti occuperai:Come Reliability Engineer, sarai responsabile di garantire che i prodotti soddisfino gli obiettivi di affidabilità attraverso l'implementazione di metodologie basate su dati nelle varie fasi del processo di sviluppo. Collaborerai strettamente con i team di Production, Platforms e Quality per sviluppare strategie di affidabilità a livello globale.
- Definire una strategia globale di affidabilità fin dalle prime fasi di sviluppo, applicando il Global Reliability Target su blocchi funzionali (Functional Block Diagram - FBD);
- Definire e gestire il budget per tutte le attività di test e laboratorio;
- Pianificare e condurre test di validazione in-house per affidabilità e durabilità;
- Sviluppare piani di Reliability Growth realistici e coerenti.
- Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria e/o STEM;
- Conoscenza di base della Teoria dell'Affidabilità: modelli parametrici, analisi statistica dei dati per la valutazione dell'affidabilità;
- Familiarità con le metodologie 8D, 5Why’s, Lean;
- Buona padronanza della lingua inglese (livello B2).
