We are seeking an Antitrust lawyer with 1–2 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) to join the Milan office of a top Law firm.

In bocca al lupo You will ideally have trained and developed your experience within the Antitrust practice of a leading Italian or international law firm and be looking to build on that experience within a growing, internationally focused team. The opportunity The role will involve advising a broad range of clients on Italian and EU competition law matters. In particular, you will have the opportunity to gain further experience in: antitrust investigations involving restrictive agreements and alleged abuses of dominance; merger control proceedings, including the preparation and filing of notifications before the AGCM and the European Commission; advising on regulatory aspects of transactions and other strategic matters. Experience with Golden Power legislation and FDI screening and notification procedures would be an additional advantage. Why join us?
