Job Description We are looking for a Used Cars Backoffice Expert who will be involved in all the activities related to the backoffice of used cars, providing prompt support to different clients in the following areas:Used car logistics Request of deregistration and change of ownership Solicit payment and support client with invoice issues Request and ship COC documentsQualificationsGood level of English (at least B1) Precise, patient and structured person, eager to learn new skills and improve processes 2 years of experience in a role that demands customer support within a matrix organization Excellent competencies with Excel and OutlookAdditional Information Join us in shaping the future of automotive service.
