Le principali attività riguarderanno:Negoziazione e Piazzamento di Programmi Employee Benefits: sarai responsabile della gestione dei programmi di employee benefits per le aziende clienti, sia italiane che multinazionali. Questo include la negoziazione e il piazzamento di soluzioni personalizzate per soddisfare le esigenze specifiche di ogni cliente.Sviluppo del Business: verrai coinvolto in attività di business development, lavorando allo sviluppo di nuovi progetti nel settore Employee Benefits. Questo include l'identificazione di opportunità di mercato, la creazione di nuove offerte e l'implementazione di strategie per espandere il nostro portafoglio clienti.Gestione Quotidiana dei Progetti: sarai responsabile della gestione day by day dei progetti esistenti, assicurando che vengano rispettati i tempi, il budget e gli standard di qualità. Dovrai coordinarti con i vari team interni ed esterni per garantire il successo dei progetti.Competenze ed esperienzaIl/La candidato/a ideale ha maturato:Esperienza comprovata in ambito welfare e wellbeing.Capacità di negoziazione e forte orientamento al cliente.Esperienza nello sviluppo e nella gestione di progetti.Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.Attitudine al problem solving e capacità di lavorare in team.Flessibilità e capacità di adattamento a contesti dinamici e in continua evoluzione.Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2).Completa l'offertaInquadramento e retribuzione commisurati all'esperienza.CCNL Commercio.Auto aziendale.Smart 2 giorni a settimana.Ticket 5€.#J-18808-Ljbffr
