QA Engineer

For our Italian Branch located in Caponago (MB), we are seeking a committed and proactive:

Quality Engineer - Instrumentation & Controls (f/m/d)

The candidates will be responsible for the autonomous handling of Quality Assurance tasks on electric components for our compressor units.

The main tasks will be:

• Specialist and competence center for any Quality Assurance topics within the instrumentation and controls (I&C) area
• Sales support, specification review, and creation of I&C tender inspection and test plans
• Creation of project-specific inspection and test plans based on customer specifications
• Review and release of quality certificates within SAP
• Performing quality inspections within vendors mainly in Europe as aligned with our Project Management
• Finalization of I&C Quality Documentations
• Contact person for any audits within I&C areas

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor or master's degree as Electrical engineer or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of Quality Assurance
• Knowledge of the European Norms e.g. IEC, EN, ATEX. Other country-specific regulations like UL, NEMA are beneficial
• Knowledge of EN ISO 9001 structure is a benefit
• Solid PC skills (Word, Excel); SAP would be an advantage
• Expect travel activity within Europe (10-20%)
• Fluent in English
