Job Title: Associate Architect

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 1215 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development: Assist in the conceptualization design and development of architectural projects. Create detailed design drawings and documentation using CAD and other design tools.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with senior architects engineers and other project team members to ensure that designs are feasible meet project requirements and are completed on schedule.
• Client Interaction: Participate in meetings with clients to understand their needs present design concepts and incorporate client feedback into the project.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct research on building codes zoning laws and other regulations to ensure that designs comply with all relevant standards and regulations.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including design specifications project reports and presentation materials.
• Site Visits: Perform site visits to assess project progress ensure compliance with design specifications and address any issues that arise during construction.
• Quality Assurance: Review and critique designs to ensure accuracy consistency and quality. Provide recommendations for improvements as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to foster a collaborative environment and contribute to the overall success of the projects.

• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD Revit SketchUp or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles design practices and building codes.
