Construction Mechanical Supervisor Piping

La risorsa verrà inserita in un progetto di costruzione impianto, si occuperà di dirigere le attività dei subappaltatori per la propria disciplina, assicurandosi che i lavori di costruzione degli impianti siano eseguiti secondo i programmi di costruzione e i documenti di progetto, entro il budget di costo assegnato, e secondo le procedure di qualità e sicurezza, nonché secondo i termini e le condizioni del subappalto.

Nello specifico le attività saranno le seguenti:

  1. Controllare il rispetto del suddetto calendario e promuovere azioni per recuperare eventuali ritardi;
  2. Verificare che le attrezzature e la manodopera impiegate dal subappaltatore siano adeguate e che i lavori eseguiti dal Subappaltatore siano conformi ai documenti di progettazione, alle norme di sicurezza e al livello di qualità fissato dalla stessa;
  3. Predisporre il registro delle non conformità per ciascun subappaltatore e coordinare le non conformità risoluzione;
  4. Rilevare eventuali errori di progettazione e, ove possibile, rettificarli o richiederlo al tecnico del sito per apportare le modifiche necessarie;
  5. Controllare le schede sullo stato di avanzamento dei lavori dei subappaltatori e firmarle per l'approvazione;
  6. Gestire gli specialisti dei fornitori;
  7. Assistere il contract engineer nella definizione di nuovi prezzi, nella preparazione di modifiche ai subappalti e nell’analizzare e discutere le richieste.

In Home Office (quando possibile) per collaborare con il team di progetto.

Requisiti:

  1. Esperienza rilevante nella costruzione/ammodernamento di progetti EPC/settore industriale di grandi impianti petrolchimici;
  2. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (Livello B2).

Offerta contrattuale:

Assunzione a tempo indeterminato in somministrazione. Dettagli di RAL/benefit verranno condivisi durante un primo confronto preliminare.
