Campus Security Manager
La risorsa prescelta, dopo un periodo di adeguata formazione, sarà dedicata alla gestione operativa dei siti italiani di un importante cliente che sta ampliando la sua attività sul territorio ed ha scelto Sicuritalia come suo partner per l'organizzazione dei servizi di security e vigilanza.
Mansioni:
- gestire ed organizzare il lavoro dei Security Team Manager locali.
- gestire ed organizzare i servizi del personale e affrontare le problematiche operative con il cliente, fornendo indicazioni e raccomandazione per il miglioramento dei servizi
- Audit e controllo qualità del servizio
- Visite periodiche di controllo sui siti di sua competenza
- Gestione reportistica sui sistemi del cliente con cui tiene riunioni periodiche sull'andamento dei servizi e sulla verifica dei budget
- Inserimento ed analisi dati sui sistemi del cliente
- Garantisce il raggiungimento o il superamento degli dei KPI di servizio
- Collabora con il responsabile della sicurezza regionale (RSM) per migliorare l'efficacia e le prestazioni del team di sicurezza.
Qualifiche e Caratteristiche Richieste
- Gradita esperienza di almeno 3/5 anni in ruoli che prevedono gestione e pianificazione di attività/turni di personale, preferibilmente nel mondo della Security
- Buona capacità di utilizzo dei moderni strumenti informatici.
- Capacità di lavoro in team ed attitudine ai rapporti interpersonali
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (almeno B2/C1)
