Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possibleYour roleWe are looking for a Production Engineer who will have the opportunity to manage a highly complex and automated Manufacturing Department, assuring volumes and excellent quality standards.Main responsibilities:Management of the efficiency, quality and OEE KPIsGuarantee the production output of the area in order to respect the industrial plansProduction Programming, detection of deviations and taking management actions in order to guarantee the required levelsResponsibility for the quality of the parts produced in his ShopKnowledge and application of delegation mechanismsTraining and Development of direct team membersAdvanced knowledge of work cycles and methodsKnowledge of specific procedures and management references to cope with environmental emergenciesKnowledge of operative modalities for interventions regarding safety at workCollaboration with Manufacturing Engineering department to develop continuous improvement projectsMain requirements:Master’s Degree in EngineeringAt least 2-3 years of experiencePrevious experience of responsibility is appreciatedKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen or Six Sigma)Problem-solving attitudeGood relationship skillsWhat’s in it for youIn EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
