Your RoleMonitor regulatory provisions of potential impact for products and systems offered by the Group, and evaluate the effectiveness of identified solutions for compliance with legal/regulatory requirements through impact analysis. Provide consulting activities to internal and external clients for the implementation of new products and services in the regulatory field. Support the drafting and updating of policies, procedures, and company operating instructions. Support in managing relations with customers and external authorities. Perform other tasks and duties as the role expands.Your Skills, Experience, and Qualifications RequiredMaster’s degree in law, economics, or an equivalent degree (with honors). Good knowledge of banking processes. Comprehensive understanding of the regulatory framework applicable to banking and financial institutions. Strong motivation and passion for compliance. Enthusiastic and proactive attitude. Drive for innovation and business evolution. Excellent knowledge of English and Italian.What We Offer Permanent employment contract. Location Milan, Parma.
