As we strengthen our presence in Italy, we are looking for talented, driven professionals to help us build and grow strong sales channels in the market.About the Role:We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Manager based in Italy to lead our business development efforts in the lawn mowing and pool cleaning equipment sectors. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the Italian distribution landscape, proven sales experience, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with key industry players.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Italian marketIdentify, approach, and onboard distributors, retailers, garden centers, pool service companies, and other relevant partnersManage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat businessAchieve sales targets through effective pipeline management and market engagementConduct competitor benchmarking and provide insights on pricing, product positioning, and market demandsCollaborate with the marketing and product teams to tailor offerings for the Italian marketParticipate in relevant trade shows, exhibitions, and industry eventsPrepare regular sales reports, forecasting, and market feedback to support strategic decisionsRequirementsSolid network or understanding of distributors, retailers, or service companies in the Italian marketStrong negotiation and communication skillsSelf-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and remotelyFluent in Italian and EnglishAbility to travel within Italy when requiredDegree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a relevant field is a plusWhat We OfferFully remote, flexible work arrangementOpportunity to build the Italian market from the ground up with a high-quality and innovative product lineLong-term growth potential within an international manufacturing brand
