ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will be directly responsible for: As a Process Engineer, you will drive the analysis, optimization, and continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes. You will manage plant CAPEX projects and work cross-functionally to enhance efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness;Analyze and monitor production processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement data-driven improvements;Support preventive and extraordinary maintenance planning and ensure adequate spare parts availability;Collaborate with HSE on supplier management, documentation, and compliance with safety regulations;Participate in equipment, machinery, and process validation and support troubleshooting of production and quality issues;Analyze technical and production KPIs, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions;Contribute to maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, including procedures related to safety and environment;Define technical, quality, and production specifications for new investments and manage CAPEX projects from budgeting to commissioning.
Your Profile
The Company will consider applicants that meet the following
requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering;Minimum 5 years of practical experience ideally in plastic or the chemical industry;Familiarity with PLCs and basic programming logic; Knowledge of ISO 13485 is a plus;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, shop-floor oriented mindset;Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels.
