Junior Digital Marketing Specialist German Speaker Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid Work Model) Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 39 hours/week ️ Ready to Kick-Start Your Digital Marketing Career Abroad? If you're a native German speaker with a background (or strong interest) in marketing or communications, this junior-level role is the perfect opportunity to launch your international career in digital advertising Your Role: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll support German clientsmainly small businesses and agenciesas they set up and run their first Google Ads campaigns. You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping them make the most of their budget, increase visibility, and drive real results. Youll be part of an onboarding team where collaboration is key, and success is shared. Key Responsibilities: Guide new advertisers through the setup of their online ad campaigns Understand client goals and tailor solutions that meet their business needs Communicate with clients via phone and email, ensuring excellent service Recommend optimizations and improvements to increase campaign performance Reach individual targets while contributing to overall team success What Were Looking For: ️ Native-level German and good command of English (B2+) Educational background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar (or a strong passion for digital marketing) No prior experience required perfect for recent graduates or entry-level candidates Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach Analytical mindset and interest in digital tools (Google Ads, PPC, etc.) Team player with a proactive attitude and a desire to learn and grow What We Offer: Permanent full-time contract 3 weeks of professional training on products and sales techniques Hybrid work model + amazing seaside office at the World Trade Center in Barcelona ️ Relocation Package: Paid flight to Barcelona 1-month accommodation in a fully equipped studio apartment Help setting up private health insurance Referral bonus earn up to 2,000 Be part of the worlds leading company in customer experience and digital services Friendly, multicultural work environment with regular team events and growth opportunities Why Join Us?
