Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aesthetics.Your role at KIKO MILANOWe are looking for a Marketing Intern to join KIKO MILANO’s Marketing Team, reporting to the Product Manager. Such talent will support the product manager in strategic projects for the brand.In particular, you will:- Report to the product manager and collaborate with the cross-functional team- Develop and execute new product launches for make-up and skincare- Analyze market and competition- Manage projects for both online and retail channel- Support in developing internal presentations- Ensure timely project delivery- Actively manage communications with all stakeholders ensuring everyone is updatedWhat you will need to succeed- Degree in Economics, Marketing or Communication- Previous internship experience in a similar role for a multinational company preferred- Good knowledge of Office package- Good knowledge of Microsoft outlook- Analytical and organizational skills- Passion for beauty industry- Fluent in EnglishWe would love if you had- Knowledge of Chinese market- A leader-driven approach:- Thinking before acting, innovating, simplifying and delivering results; - Placing the customer first, driving change and leading by example; - Collaborating, growingexpertise and embracing diversity- Ability to learn on the job- Strong problem-solving skills & detail-oriented- Highly collaborative style & willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teams- Openness to a culture of continuous feedbackKIKO si impegna ad ampliare i propri sforzi per garantire le Pari Opportunità e dedica una particolare attenzione all’integrazione delle persone con disabilità all’interno dell’azienda.
