La figura, a diretto riporto del CEO aziendale, si occuperà di: Contrattualistica Redazione e aggiornamento di contratti commerciali e industriali (agenzie, procacciatori, retail, subfornitura, contract, marketing). Supporto ai sales manager nelle trattative e nella gestione dei rapporti contrattuali. Predisposizione di documentazione accessoria (deroghe, riduzioni provvigionali, integrazioni). Negoziazione di contratti di appalto, partnership e servizi. Proprietà Intellettuale (IP) Coordinamento con consulenti esterni per marchi, brevetti e modelli ornamentali. Supporto nella tutela dei diritti di proprietà industriale e nel contrasto alla contraffazione. Redazione di diffide e atti di tutela in ambito IP. Privacy e Compliance Supporto nell’applicazione del GDPR e nella gestione del Modello Organizzativo Privacy. Collaborazione all’aggiornamento del Modello 231 e delle procedure aziendali. Assistenza nella gestione delle segnalazioni whistleblowing. Contenzioso e Pre-contenzioso Gestione di reclami post-vendita e trattative per soluzioni bonarie. Coordinamento con legali esterni nei procedimenti civili o commerciali. Supporto alla direzione nei rapporti con agenti e collaboratori. Requisiti Laurea in Giurisprudenza. 3–5 anni di esperienza in ambito legale d’impresa o studio. Conoscenze di diritto civile, commerciale, IP e privacy in contesti aziendali Buona conoscenza dell’inglese e ottime capacità relazionali.
