Work Location : Remote WFH North Carolina
Work Schedule: Remote Monday Friday (some weekend work as needed) 20 hours a week Shifts will be 4 hours daily between 9am 5pm
Interview Process: Brand Engagement Test 2 Rounds of interviews via Video Conference
Job Description
Role Requirements and Responsibilities:
Are you passionate about building and nurturing online communities Do you thrive in dynamic environments where you can engage with audiences and represent a brand effectively Our client is seeking a Brand Engagement specialist to support day to day engagement on all brand social platforms. The ideal candidate should be extremely detail oriented with a passion for social media.
Top Three Skills:
- Proven experience in social media community management
- Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize engagement strategies.
- Ability to work independently with a quick turnaround.
Required Skills or Qualifications:
- Passion for social media.
- Min 1 year experience in community management or a related field with a track record of successfully building and engaging online communities.
- High proficiency in all social media platforms including Instagram TikTok LinkedIn etc
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to tailor messaging
- to diverse audiences and platforms.
- Proficiency in social media monitoring and management tools with a keen understanding of social media trends and best practices experience with Sprinklr a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Demonstrated problemsolving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and finding solutions with a sense of urgency.
Desired Skills or Qualifications
- Ability to build and maintain brands online community by initiating meaningful interactions and fostering brand love.
- Experience monitoring all social media platforms to stay abreast on social trends.
- Ability to promptly and proactively insert the brand in trending moments through engagement.
- Pays attention to detail in all aspects of community management ensuring accuracy and consistency in messaging and interactions.
- Skilled in tasks prioritization and understanding when to escalate issues and when to address them independently to maintain community satisfaction.
Systems Tools or Technologies:
- Proficient in navigating all social media platforms. (Instagram TikTok Threads X LinkedIn)
- Skilled with Microsoft Office applications (Excel Access PowerPoint)
Educational Requirements Degrees Licenses or Certifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred
