Il nostro cliente, per ampliamento del proprio organico in forza presso la sede di Saonara, ci ha commissionato la ricerca e selezione di: n. 1 Addetto/a al Customer Service. Descrizione del ruolo: La risorsa, inserita nel team del Customer Care, si occuperà di gestire le richieste dei clienti Italia attraverso telefono ed e-mail. In particolare si occuperà di gestire i flussi comunicativi con il cliente, fornire assistenza ed informazioni in merito ai servizi, gestione eventuali reclami e post-vendita; supporterà anche l’ufficio back-office nell’inserimento ordini, trattative commerciali e redazione di offerte. Requisiti richiesti: -Esperienza pregressa nella mansione; -Ottime capacità comunicative e doti commerciali; -Ottima gestione dello stress e orientamento al risultato; -Dimestichezza con i principali strumenti informatici, preferibile conoscenza del gestionale SAP; -Gradita conoscenza di una seconda lingua (es. tedesco). Caratteristiche offerta: - Sede di lavoro: Saonara (PD) - Orari di lavoro: dal lunedì al venerdì dalle ore 8:00 alle 17:00 e dalle 9:00 alle 18:00 Tipologia contrattuale offerta: Offerta in linea all'esperienza maturata dal candidato scelto - Richiesta disponibilità immediata Le offerte sono rivolte a candidati ambosessi (L.903/77) e in ottemperanza con la nostra privacy policy (Regolamento UE n. 2016/679)
