La Collection comprende al momento tre Hotel 5* L: * ROMEO Napoli operativo dal 2009 * ROMEO Roma, inaugurato il 14 febbraio 2025 * ROMEO Massa Lubrense, in apertura entro il 2026 In ogni struttura della Collection gli ospiti sono accolti in veri e propri percorsi sensoriali per vivere un'esperienza immersiva ·nell'architettura - ROMEO NAPOLI Modernismo hi-tech del nipponico Kenzo Tange ROMEO ROMA Architettura parametrica della britannico-iraniana Zaha Hadid ROMEO Massa Lubrense Sensibilità dell'artefatto come innesto paesaggistico-naturale di Kengo Kuma ·nell'arte - ogni Hotel custodisce collezioni private di incredibili opere d'arte (Mario Schifano, Andy Warhol, Paladino, Francesco Clemente, Guttuso, Mark Kostabi, fotografie dei Fratelli Alinari e Mimmo Jodice) ·nel benessere - ogni Hotel ha una SPA targata SISLEY PARIS ·nella ristorazione fine dining - ogni Hotel avrà 2 outlet Il ristorante a servizio degli ospiti in house e Il ristorante Ducasse Posizione Per il nuovissimo Hotel 5* L ROMEO, siamo alla ricerca di un Night Auditor da inserire nel team di ROMA. Il Night Auditor è responsabile della gestione delle operazioni notturne della reception e delle attività amministrative e contabili dell'hotel. Garantisce inoltre un servizio di accoglienza impeccabile per gli ospiti durante la notte, gestendo eventuali richieste e assicurando la corretta chiusura dei conti. Responsabilità principali * Accogliere gli ospiti con professionalità in accordo agli standard della Collection, gestendo check-in e check-out in conformità alle SOP in vigore * Supervisionare la sicurezza dell'hotel durante le ore notturne, collaborando con il personale di sicurezza se necessario. * Eseguire la chiusura amministrativa della giornata, verificando e riconciliando le transazioni contabili. * Controllare e aggiornare il sistema gestionale con i dati delle prenotazioni, fatture e report di fine giornata. * Assistere gli ospiti per qualsiasi richiesta, fornendo un servizio personalizzato e di alta qualità. * Monitorare e rispondere alle comunicazioni telefoniche ed e-mail notturne. * Collaborare con gli altri reparti per garantire un flusso di lavoro efficiente e un'esperienza impeccabile per gli ospiti. * Segnalare eventuali problemi tecnici o di manutenzione riscontrati durante il turno. Requisiti * Esperienza pregressa nella mansione, in strutture analoghe preferibilmente in hotel 5 stelle o di lusso * Conoscenza dei principali sistemi di gestione alberghiera (es. Opera, Protel, Fidelio) * Fluente in inglese; la conoscenza di altre lingue è un plus * Disponibilità a lavorare in orari notturni, weekend e festivi * Ottima capacità di comunicazione e orientamento al cliente * Precisione e affidabilità nella gestione dei compiti amministrativi e contabili Altre informazioni La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L. 903/77) e risponde a quanto previsto in tema di parità di trattamento tra le persone indipendentemente dalla razza e dall'origine etnica (ai d. lgs. 215/03), 216/03 by helplavoro.it
