Commercial Project Manager – BELECTRIC GmbH Location: Milano, ItalyEmployment type: Full-time, Vollzeit ResponsibilitiesProject Setup & Planning:Commercial setup of EPC projects. Budgeting projects and planning revenues, costs and cash positions. Planning of project milestones to ensure positive cash flow. Support in commercial contract negotiations and foreign exchange management according to company standards. Management and monitoring of bonds/guarantees.Financial Management & Reporting:Ensure commercial realization of EPC projects in time, costs and cash budgets. Project cost and liquidity planning, forecasting, analysis and measurement of key financial KPIs. Proactively identify and communicate drivers of project cost overruns to defend profitability. Cash management, evidence management and invoicing. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and project reviews. Invoicing based on contract milestones. Weekly update of project cost calculations (e.g., Excel, ERP systems). Handle ad-hoc financial queries and reporting. Support continuous process improvements and business needs.Contract & Claims Management:Commercial and financial evaluation of contractual and project events. Oversight of commercial contract management and claims handling. Administration of payment securities and insurance claims.QualificationsDegree in industrial engineering or business administration. Experience in commercial management of EPC projects and contracts in plant construction. Background in the power plant or solar industry (nice-to-have). Strong knowledge in controlling, project costing, commercial contract and claim management. Familiarity with financial instruments (e.g., FX, guarantees) and basic contract law. Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience is a plus. Proficient in Italian; fluent English (additional languages are a plus). Strong commercial analytical and financial forecasting skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable team player with intercultural competence.
