PARTS SPECIALIST 💰 RAL: €35–45K 🎁 Bonus: Starting bonus (equivalente a una 15ª)📍 Location: Imola (BO)🚗 Company car Per un leader globale nel settore delle macchine movimento terra, impegnato nel rafforzamento della propria presenza in Italia, ricerchiamo un/una Parts Specialist da inserire nel team After Sales. La tua missione Sarai il punto di riferimento operativo per la gestione e lo sviluppo del business ricambi in Italia, supportando la rete dealer e contribuendo alla soddisfazione del cliente attraverso competenza tecnica, presidio del mercato e collaborazione con le funzioni interne. Cosa farai Supporto alle vendite ricambi : collaborare all’implementazione delle attività commerciali ricambi sul mercato italiano, contribuendo al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita e marginalità. Supporto alla rete dealer : affiancare i concessionari nella gestione quotidiana dei ricambi, fornendo supporto tecnico-commerciale, informazioni di prodotto e assistenza operativa. Coordinamento operativo e supply chain : collaborare con il centro di distribuzione europeo per ordini, disponibilità materiali, gestione stock e flussi logistici. Analisi e reporting : supportare il monitoraggio delle vendite ricambi, dei trend di mercato e delle attività competitor, contribuendo alla reportistica periodica verso la sede centrale. Requisiti Inglese fluente (contesto internazionale). Esperienza nel settore ricambi, ottimale la provenienza da industrie del settore macchine movimento terra. Attitudine operativa, precisione. Buone capacità comunicative e predisposizione al lavoro in team.
