The Role

To provide administrative support and assist with analysis for the Merchandising Team to drive sales and maximise profit from Inventory.

Responsibilities

Update weekly sales information for analysis documents
Be responsible for the order process of our Made to Order range ensuring orders are sent to factories same day
Creation of products in the system & Raising Orders
Management of Purchase orderbook communicating with factories ensuring all orders are on track to leave on time sending communication out to wider business unit when dates slip.
Supporting Merchandiser with free stocked requests received from the wider business
To undertake general departmental administration work to support the Assistant Merchandiser / Merchandiser in delivering department KPIs and Brand strategy
Ad Hoc analysis as required by the Merchandiser
To assist with data entry and take responsibility for data input / updating various Merchandise systems
Work closely with our customers ops department updating with info as to when stock/ MTO is due in so customers can be advised accordingly.
Updating shipping approvals and sample approval tracker

Skills & Qualities

Skills and Experience:

Excellent Excel skills with a high level proficiency with other Microsoft Office programs.

Netsuite experience would be beneficial but not essential

Personal Qualities:

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work crossfunctionally.

High level of accuracy

Enthusiasm and determination to thrive in a fast growing business.

Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

Demonstrate logical analysis and positive problem solving skills

Highly motivated with a can do attitude in line with the companies Better Never Stops Ethos
