Who We Are

Sunwave is a global wireless infrastructure company with a comprehensive portfolio spanning DAS, Small Cells, Open RAN, Private Networks, Network CPE, and SATCOM. Backed by 30+ years of engineering heritage, we are a publicly listed company on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE), providing strong financial stability and long-term commitment to our customers and partners. Our International Headquarters (IHQ) in Singapore is scaling rapidly, with business coverage across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

Di seguito, troverà un'analisi completa di tutti i requisiti per i potenziali candidati e le istruzioni su come candidarsi. In bocca al lupo

The Role

  • Own the EMEA growth story for wireless coverage products — DAS and Private LTE/5G Networks — from strategy to signed orders
  • A true entrepreneur-in-the-field role: no local team to lean on, you build the market, the channels, and the ecosystem yourself, with HQ support just a call (or flight) away
  • Stretch beyond Europe: you'll also lead business development across Africa and the Middle East

What You'll Do

  • Shape the strategy: analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition across EMEA; turn insights into targeted sales strategies that hit annual targets within budget
  • Win the clients: own designated countries/accounts, build deep relationships with operators and key customers, and capture project orders
  • Build the ecosystem: recruit partners, develop channel sales (SI, VAR, MSP), and grow Sunwave's product ecosystem across EMEA
  • Open new fronts: support ODM business in the EU, stay close to Neutral Host opportunities, and lead expansion into Africa and the Middle East
  • Sell with substance: demo and explain our DAS and 5G private network solutions to technical buyers — this is solution selling, not order-taking
  • Feed the machine: track sales activities, report OTE progress, and feed market/competitor intelligence back to HQ for decision-making

What We Need

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Communications, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields
  • 8+ years of xlwpduy sales experience in the wireless communications industry, with a track record of building and maintaining sales lead relationships
  • Deep technical background and solution-selling capability in DAS and Private LTE/5G Networks
  • Fluency in both direct sales (operators, designated clients, NHS) and channel sales (SI, VAR, MSP); familiarity with operator/NHS procurement processes and decision chains
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable operating independently and collaborating remotely with HQ
  • Strong sense of responsibility, pressure-resilient, and at home in multicultural teams
  • Willingness to travel frequently internationally
