Mansioni principali: Definizione e implementazione delle strategie di vendita sui diversi segmenti di clientela Coordinamento e supporto operativo del team vendite Monitoraggio dei risultati commerciali e predisposizione di report periodici Collaborazione con la direzione per individuare nuove opportunità di business Requisiti richiesti: Esperienza comprovata in ruoli di coordinamento commerciale o gestione vendite Ottime capacità di leadership, organizzazione e problem-solving Attitudine alla comunicazione e al lavoro in team Conoscenza dei principali strumenti digitali a supporto delle vendite Offerta: Contratto a norma di legge Graduale acquisizione delle competenze richieste attraverso percorso di affiancamento e aggiornamento continuo
