Per ampliamento del nostro organico stiamo ricercando una figura di PIPING LAYOUT ENGINEER

Descrizione:

Il candidato, inserito in un team multidisciplinare, si occuperà di sviluppare la progettazione piping relativamente a progetti in ambito industriale, principalmente in ambito FEED e Studi di Fattibilità.

In particolare, avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

  • Sviluppo del layout partendo da indicazioni dimensionali di ingombro meccanico;
  • Sviluppo del Main Piping Scope Layout (piping routing di dettaglio può essere richiesto in alcuni progetti) valutando la razionalizzazione degli spazi e le interferenze impiantistiche;
  • Valutazione del posizionamento della supportazione principale delle tubazioni, confrontandosi con stressista e supportista per il posizionamento di dettaglio e per le carpenterie secondarie;
  • Sviluppo degli studi dei pipe-racks e delle carpenterie di accesso e manutenzione
  • Interfaccia con le discipline Meccanica, Civile e Strumentazione per la definizione dei dati di interfaccia;
  • Estrazione di Material Take Off;
  • Preparazione di Computi Metrici Estimativi.

La progettazione è normalmente eseguita in ambito 3D mediante software dedicati (es.: Smart Plant 3D, Autodesk Plant 3D, Aveva E3D, REVIT,...).

Profilo ricercato

Il candidato ideale ha i seguenti requisiti:

  • Esperienza di almeno 5/6 anni preferibilmente nell'ambito Heat & Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Petrolchimico;
  • Capacità relazionali adeguate al ruolo con attitudine al lavoro in team e all'interfaccia con referenti tecnici di altre discipline;
  • Buona conoscenza dell'Inglese (livello B1/B2);
  • Conoscenza del pacchetto Office, Autocad, Smartplant 3D e/o E3;
  • Conoscenza delle normative internazionali in ambito piping
  • Disponibilità a trasferte di breve periodo nel territorio nazionale presso gli impianti dei clienti o presso altre sedi aziendali per allineamenti tecnici.
