Do you have experience managing complex changes in

highly regulated Pharma capital projects ?

Would you like to play a key role in controlling

time, costs and risks

within GMP environments?

This could be your next professional challenge.

The Role
You will be involved in strategic pharmaceutical projects, supporting the entire

change control lifecycle , from design through commissioning, qualification and handover.

You will act as the focal point for assessing and governing

scope changes , ensuring alignment between project objectives, regulatory constraints and financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the

end-to-end Change Management process

Assess and consolidate the impact of changes on

schedule, cost and risk

Govern

Change Review Boards

and support

Stage Gate Reviews

Collaborate with

Project Controls

on budget, schedule and risk registers

Coordinate engineering disciplines (Process, Utilities, HVAC, Automation, CQV, QA)

Ensure

GMP/GxP compliance , documentation quality and audit readiness

Prevent scope creep through

value engineering and scope containment

Proven ability in the

fundamentals of Risk Management

Expert knowledge of

Project Controls and Project Management

Extensive experience in

risk & project management, execution planning, construction management, scheduling and progress tracking, cost management and value engineering

Strong experience in leading

risk reduction initiatives

and managing outcomes

Requirements

Solid knowledge of

GMP/GxP

and pharmaceutical project lifecycles

Experience in

capital projects

within Pharma / Life Sciences

Strong exposure to

Commissioning & Qualification (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ)

Good knowledge of

Monte Carlo Analysis software

(Acumen, @Risk, Safran, PRA)

Proven ability in

Risk Management fundamentals

Ability to evaluate the impact of changes on

budget, schedule and risk

Excellent communication skills toward

senior stakeholders

Structured, detail-oriented and strong decision-making approach

Active VAT registration (Partita IVA)
