The role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and investment and focuses on optimising commercial performance, managing contractual obligations, and supporting long-term value creation across the portfolio.What the role offers Ownership of commercial performance across live operating assets Exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic decision-making A stable platform with institutional backing and long-term ambitions Competitive base salary and performance-linked bonus (50%+)Key responsibilities Commercial management of operational solar PV assets Oversight of revenues, costs, budgets, and financial performance Management of PPAs, service contracts, and insurance policies Coordination with lenders, insurers, and external advisors Support for reporting, refinancing, and investor requirements Close collaboration with technical asset managers and O&M providers Development and improvement of commercial asset management processesProfessional background Experience in commercial asset management, finance, or operations within renewables Strong understanding of contracts, asset-level economics, and cash flow management Experience working with external stakeholders, including lenders and advisors Comfortable operating in a growing, evolving organisation
