About the CompanyWe are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist for our client, a leading Chinese multinational company in the technology and telecommunications sectors, based in Milan.About the RoleAs a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the movement of goods from manufacturers and suppliers to customers. You will oversee and manage every stage of the production flow, from purchasing raw materials to delivering the final product. You will ensure the right amount of product is produced at the right time and coordinate product storage. This role involves forecasting trends, managing inventories, and organizing the movement of goods from distribution centers to customers and stores.ResponsibilitiesControl manufacturing and delivery processes.Plan and implement logistical strategies, ensuring targets are met.Oversee product storage, handling, and distribution.Use computer software to track goods from origin to delivery.Work on forecasts and inventories, keeping accurate records of processes and analyzing performance.Manage costs while maintaining quality.Ensure awareness of all activities throughout the supply chain.Improve overall supply chain performance and seek potential process innovations.Consider the environmental impact of the supply chain to meet sustainability targets.QualificationsFluency in English and Chinese.Required SkillsStrong planning skills.A logical and systematic approach to work.Good time management, with the ability to work under pressure, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with strategic and lateral thinking.Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.Negotiation and influencing skills.Business management and analytical skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.Pay range and compensation packageApproximately €30,000 gross annual salary, commensurate with experience.Equal Opportunity StatementThis job search is open to candidates of all genders (Law 903/77).
