OverviewThe Axiom Developer plays a crucial role in designing developing and maintaining Axiom applications that are integral to the financial operations of the organization. They work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that the Axiom solutions meet business needs and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities 1. Handson development experience on AXIOM Controller View 2. Proficient in Oracle & PL/SQL programming 3. Functional understanding of Regulatory requirements and reporting 4. Excellent Communication skills 5. Ability to lead a team of developersGoodtoHave 1. AXIOM Certification 2. Experience on U.S Regulatory reports Taxonomy reports. 3. Working experience on any scheduler such as Autosys 4. Unix scripting 5. Innovative and Result oriented

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing Axiom SL solutions for financial institutions.
  • Proficiency in Axiom Controller View (ACV) and Axiom SL data model development.
  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance.
  • Experience in ETL processes and data integration using Axiom SL platform.
  • Indepth understanding of financial industry regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience with Axiom upgrade projects and version control management.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices in software engineering.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Perl is a plus.
  • Certifications in Axiom SL or related technologies is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and prioritize tasks effectively.
