Your RoleThe Road Logistics in Kuehne+Nagel is a fundamental asset and provides Road shipping and Road forwarding solutions to achieve customer performance goals. Partners with Clients belonging to a wide spectrum of industries (Pharma Healthcare, Perishables, Project Logistics, Automotive, Industrial and High Tech) and offers a wide range of tailor-made and end-to-end services (i.e.: Time-Defined Products, Road-Sea , Road-Air, Cargo Insurance, Customs Clearance, Fairs&Exhibitions), leveraging digital transformation and providing sustainable shipping options for customers to decarbonise their transport. The Road freight capacity is built upon our Network with the most effective gateways and long-lasting strategic carrier relationships. Is part of the Groupage Department and belongs to the Export and Import Operational Teams. Execute administrative duties and ensure trasport services for customer orders. Supports the management of exceptional and special transport requests, and recognizes operational issues impacting the service. Supports the Sales Team providing insightful data and advise to establish and enforce partnerships with customers.Your Responsibilities

• Spot quotation for groupage shipments for regular and non-regular customers

• Spot quotation for FTL/LTL with potential supplier search

•Verification of offers made through customer recalls

•Maintaining contacts between operational and commercial teams

• Maintaining excellent relationships with customers

• Working towards objectives (number of offers, revenue, gross profit)
