We have partnered with a Consulting Engineers for the Utility Industries company in the Raleigh NC area to provide them with a Senior Utilities Financial Analyst. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Senior Utilities Financial Analyst:

#1. 10 plus years of utility and rate experience such as energy companies electrical gas solar wind water sewer municipal and government.

#2. Bachelors degree in accounting finance or mathematics. CPA or MBA.

#3. Must be proficient in Excel Access PowerPoint Word and other MS Office applications.

#4. Utility experience is a must.

Requirements for the Senior Utilities Financial Analyst:

Strong organizational and attentiontodetail skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Capable of managing time effectively across multiple projects. Comprehensive knowledge of utility rates cost allocation methods and regulatory accounting practices. Understanding of the technological market and commercial trends influencing the current utility industry. Proven ability to develop and maintain longterm relationships for project and business advisory including active participation in industry groups. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in rate analysis or utilities.
  • Bachelors degree in accounting finance or mathematics; CPA or MBA preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel Access PowerPoint Word and other MS Office tools.
  • Direct experience in the utility sector is essential.

  • This position is not remote.
