The CEO will hold full P&L responsibility and will lead the long-term strategic, organizational and operational development of the Group.

Key Responsibilities

¢ Define and implement the Group strategy, supporting growth across existing business and new initiatives â€
¢ Set operational and financial priorities ensuring effective performance management across the Group â€
¢ Strengthen and integrate the organizational structure, promoting a high-performance culture â€
¢ Oversee risk management and ensure appropriate standards of governance, compliance and controlRequirements â€
¢ Degree in Economics or Engineering, MBA is a plus â€
¢ Fluency in Italian and English, knowledge of French is a plus â€
¢ Proven experience in CEO/GM roles within international industrial environments â€
¢ Strong track record in growth execution, international expansion and organizational development â€
¢ Solid business and financial acumen with the ability to operate in dynamic and evolving contexts â€
¢ Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills â€
