TheStrategic Finance Projectsposition, based atSomacis HQ in Castelfidardo, reports to theGroup CFO / Finance Director.This role is responsible formanaging and coordinating strategic Finance initiativesacross the Somacis Group, supportingfinancial transformation, process efficiency, and advanced analysisto facilitate strategic decision-making. The position collaborates closely withGroup Finance leadership, international subsidiaries, and cross-functional teamsto driveoptimization, harmonization, and digitalization of financial processes.The role is key toenhancing finance capabilities, implementing global standards, and supporting strategic corporate initiatives.Strategic Projects & Financial TransformationLeadFinance transformation projects, digitalization initiatives, and process optimization efforts. Improvebudgeting, forecasting, cash management, costing, and reporting processes. SupportERP system implementation, BI tools deployment, and advanced FP&A solutions. Advanced Financial Analysis & Corporate FinancePreparefinancial analysesfor strategic initiatives, including CAPEX, M&A evaluations, investments, and business cases. Assesseconomic and financial impactsof industrial or organizational projects. Collaborate withOperations and Supply Chainon cost efficiency, make-or-buy analyses, and profitability assessments. Supportlong-term planning, scenario modeling, and strategic decision-making.Project Reporting & GovernanceTrack projectprogress, milestones, risks, and expected outcomes. Prepare structureddocumentation and presentationsfor Group Finance and senior management. Coordinatecross-functional project teamsand ensure alignment among Group entities. Continuous Improvement & Change ManagementPromote adata-driven approachand process transparency across Finance. Supportchange management, training, and process standardization. Degree inEconomics, Finance, Management Engineering, or related fields. ~3–6 years of experiencein corporate finance, financial consulting, controlling, or project management. ~ Familiarity withERP systems, BI tools, and financial planning models. ~ Project management capabilitieswith experience managing international stakeholders. ~ Fluency inEnglish; additional languages a plus. ~ Proactive, accurate, and able to work indynamic and complex multinational environments.Group CFO
