CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER Manpower Professional, branch specializzata nella ricerca di profili Professional, Experienced & New Manager, cerca per azienda multinazionale cliente che offre servizi relativi all’installazione di opere civili e MEIP Responsabilità principali: Coordinamento delle attività di montaggio meccanico, idraulico ed elettrico della plant unit, coordinamento di possibili fornitori esterni. Assistenza al Construction Manager durante le fasi di realizzazione del progetto. Garantisce il coordinamento e l’interfaccia tra sede e cantieri, in particolare con uffici tecnici, ufficio acquisti, capi commessa e direzione Construction. Cura la stesura del programma lavori e la verifica di conformità legislativa relativa al Paese dove si sviluppa il cantiere. Valuta se il budget assegnato è congruo rispetto al programma lavori e segnala eventuali incongruità alla direzione. Assiste nell’elaborazione del Piano Operativo di Sicurezza il POS.Definisce i requisiti tecnico professionali necessari (inclusi visti, permessi di lavoro, qualifiche ecc…) al personale o alle ditte che saranno impiegate nei cantieri;Verifica la documentazione prodotta dal cantiere e ne sollecita il puntuale invio (rapporti di avanzamento lavori, fogli ora, non conformità ecc…) Controlla i costi di commessa (elaborazione della Cost-Summary) e segnala alla direzione eventuali “fuori Jet” o “extracosti”. Si richiede : Titolo di studio : Laurea in Ingegneria / diploma tecnico industriale Esperienza minima nel settore : 5 / 6 anni. Disponibilità alle trasferte su territorio nazionale. Caratteristiche personali : Problem solving, Proattività, Team Working, Ottime capacità organizzative e orientamento al lavoro per obiettivi.
