Chi siamoAGAP2 è un gruppo europeo di consulenza ingegneristica e operativa facente parte del Gruppo MoOngy.Presente in 14 paesi europei con oltre 9.000 dipendenti, abbiamo aperto, da sette anni, la prima sede italiana a Milano e, vista la continua crescita, stiamo rafforzando e ampliando il nostro team con persone che condividano gli stessi valori della nostra società: AMBIZIONE, SORRISO, DINAMISMO, VOGLIA DI METTERSI IN GIOCO, il tutto in una realtà in continua evoluzione, nella quale le relazioni umane sono sempre al primo posto.Descrizione del ruoloStiamo ricercando una figura di Software Engineer con passione per l’AI, che collaborerà allo sviluppo di applicazioni software e web utilizzando tecnologie all’avanguardia.Sarà coinvolta in tutte le fasi del ciclo di sviluppo del software, lavorando in team multidisciplinari.Distribuzione delle attività:80% sviluppo software orientato agli oggetti (frontend e backend)5% gestione infrastruttura cloud15% integrazione di funzionalità AI tramite LLM e flussi multi-agenteÈ richiesta una buona conoscenza dell’inglese e capacità di comunicazione e collaborazione.Presenza a Milano una volta a settimanaCompetenze richiesteSviluppo software e web app con REST, WebSocket, Microservizi, Event-based e Asynchronous ProgrammingPrincipi di Clean Architecture e Domain-Driven Design (DDD)Conoscenza di OOP, programmazione funzionale e Test-Driven Development (TDD)Esperienza con CI/CD e lavoro in ambienti AgileCompetenze preferenzialiLinguaggi: Python e TypeScriptFramework: LangChain, LongGraph, FastAPI, Temporal, React, Tailwind, ShadCNDatabase: SQL, NoSQL, vettorialiEsperienza con AWS e principi di MLOpsConoscenza della lingua italianaThe world needs youAGAP2 è un equal opportunities employer: crediamo che tutte le forme di diversità siano fonte di arricchimento reciproco.
