Descriviamo il ruolo di MEP Project Manager
Ali Professional ricerca un professionista in grado di supervisionare e coordinare tutte le maestranze in subappalto per le attività impiantistiche di installazioni meccaniche.
Le responsabilità principali includono:
- Supervisione delle attività di cantiere: sistemi HVAC, piping e impianti di estrazione aria;
- Gestione dei rapporti con la committenza, la direzione lavori e le diverse maestranze coinvolte;
- Coordinamento con il Construction Manager e i referenti tecnici di commessa;
- Monitoraggio dello stato di avanzamento dei lavori;
- Verifica della disponibilità dei materiali e coordinamento con i subappaltatori;
- Controllo dell'esecuzione dei lavori nel rispetto delle norme di sicurezza.
I requisiti fondamentali includono:
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 5 anni in un ruolo analogo;
- Capacità di lettura e interpretazione di disegni tecnici 2D;
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office;
- Possesso della qualifica di preposto o formazione in materia di antincendio e primo soccorso;
- Conoscenza di base della lingua inglese;
- Disponibilità a effettuare trasferte sul territorio.
Il candidato ideale possiederà ottime doti relazionali, capacità di risoluzione dei problemi, analisi e orientamento al risultato.
L'azienda offre un contratto a tempo indeterminato, una RAL valutata in base al livello di esperienza del candidato e un Ccnl Metalmeccanico.
