We’re Hiring | Sales Specialist – Spare Parts & Service Contracts Siamo alla ricerca di un / una Sales Specialist Spare Parts & Service Contracts per rafforzare il nostro team After Sales e supportare la crescita del business ricambi e servizi. Il RuoloLa risorsa sarà responsabile dello sviluppo e della gestione delle attività After Sales, con focus su : vendita di ricambi , contratti di manutenzione e servizi tecnici (FAT / SAT, upgrading, revamping); gestione diretta dei clienti e sviluppo di relazioni di lungo periodo; coordinamento di un piccolo team di Proposal / Inside Sales . Responsabilità PrincipaliGestione del portafoglio clienti After Sales e sviluppo di nuove opportunità commerciali. Promozione e vendita di ricambi originali, service contracts e attività tecniche. Supporto ai clienti nell’identificazione di part number, kit di manutenzione e soluzioni tecniche personalizzate. Coordinamento delle attività di offerta, garantendo rapidità, accuratezza tecnica e pricing coerente. Monitoraggio KPI commerciali, pipeline e forecast. Collaborazione con Operations, Service e Technical Department per la corretta esecuzione dei servizi venduti. Il Profilo IdealeAlmeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli Sales After Sales (ricambi, service, contratti), preferibilmente in ambito impianti, macchinari o automazione industriale . Buona capacità di lettura della documentazione tecnica (disegni meccanici, schemi, P&ID). Forte orientamento commerciale, capacità relazionali e attitudine al problem solving. Esperienza (anche breve) nel coordinamento di risorse o attività di proposal. Inglese fluente ; la conoscenza di una seconda lingua è un plus.
