Otoqi si impegna a garantire un trasporto rapido, efficiente e senza problemi in tutta Europa, puntando a offrire servizi di consegna e concierge automobilistico ai massimi livelli di qualità.Fondata nel 2016 nel cuore di Parigi, Otoqi ha rapidamente esteso le sue attività in Italia e in Germania ed è determinata a continuare la sua espansione per diventare leader europeo.Otoqi in cifre è: 💪 2000+ autisti 🚗 150.000+ veicoli spostati 🚀 Fundraising di 6MЄ e serie A nel 2021 🌎 3 paesi : Francia, Italia, Germania 🙋‍♂️ 80 Otoqiers A proposito del ruolo ⚡👉 Vuoi far parte della nostra espansione internazionale? Stiamo cercando un Operations Intern da far salire a bordo e che possa supportare le operazioni quotidiane di Otoqi Questo stage ti permetterà di lavorare a stretto contatto con il nostro team e imparare in prima persona come gestire missioni in tempo reale (Live Ops) e la nostra community di driverLe tue missioni 👇🏻 Supportare il monitoraggio delle operazioni giornaliere, contribuendo all’analisi e alla comprensione dei principali indicatori operativi Preparare e aggiornare report e dashboard per visualizzare l’andamento delle missioni e individuare aree di miglioramento Collaborare alla risoluzione dei problemi operativi, aiutando a definire azioni correttive efficaci e proposte di ottimizzazione Offrire supporto live nelle attività operative e nella comunicazione con i driver, mantenendo un contatto diretto, risposte rapide e un clima di fiducia Contribuire alla preparazione di brevi presentazioni e materiali di sintesi per condividere risultati, trend e insight con il team Ti aspetta un ruolo molto pratico che ti permetterà di crescere rapidamente in un ambiente dinamico e internazionale, imparando a gestire operations in tempo reale e contribuendo attivamente al miglioramento dei processi aziendali.
