Job Purpose The position is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key Health Care Professional Leaders, fostering a continuous and authoritative scientific dialogue. Operating within the SPC Division, the role will focus on the Pediatric products of Recordati’s portfolio, ensuring scientific support and maximizing the value of therapies. The scope covers the entire national territory, consolidating the company’s reputation as a trusted scientific counterpart in the pediatric field. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the network with KOLs, assessing needs, communicating medical‑scientific data, and representing the company within professional associations. Operate through Medical Education activities to contribute to the evaluation of the scientific validity of training programmes. Organise and participate in advisory boards in collaboration with the company’s medical management. Provide scientific support to ISFs and support the Medical Management by evaluating and proposing researchers and centres of excellence; may participate in product development activities (investigators’ meetings). Provide input to the Medical Affairs Plan and the company’s business decision‑making. Continuously update knowledge of diseases, products, patient treatment trends, clinical activities, and studies conducted in the therapeutic area within the territory of competence.Required Education Degree in scientific disciplines. Required Skills And Experience Previous experience in the role or strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, built through solid experience in Sales and/or Marketing. Required Behaviours And CompetenciesMedical‑scientific knowledge of the relevant therapeutic area. Ability to interpret and analyse clinical studies. Relational and communication skills. Ability to transfer content/knowledge. Knowledge of procedures, policies, and compliance. Organisational skills. Ability to manage complexity. Intellectual curiosity and proactivity. Medical writing. Knowledge and use of the Office suite and SAP.Required Languages English: C1.
