Get ready to become part of our teamKey Responsibilities Support the design team in creating, updating, and organizing technical drawings and design documentation. Develop renderings, colorways, and visual materials for internal and external collection presentations. Collaborate closely with Product Development and Material teams to ensure both technical feasibility and aesthetic consistency. Conduct research on trends, fabrics, and silhouettes to support the creative process. Provide day-to-day assistance to the RTW team in all relevant design and development activities. Skills, Competencies & Qualifications Education: currently enrolled in a degree program in Fashion Design Ready to wear or a related field (curricular internship only). Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and hand drawing; knowledge of InDesign or procreate is a plus. Excellent attention to detail, precision, and a strong sense of design and proportion. Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks. Team player with creativity, curiosity, and a proactive mindset Fluency in Italian (mandatory requirement) and good command fluent of English, both written and spoken.
