Civil Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor with at least three years of experience to collaborate with the Site Manager in overseeing civil works. The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for the following tasks:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify compliance with the requirements set by the Authorizing Entities and reported in the issued permits.
  • Ensure the correct execution of all activities related to civil works according to regulatory and contractual requirements, technical standards, and contractor procedures throughout all phases of civil construction.
  • For the realization of Structural Works:
  • Verify on-site the correct execution of structural works in accordance with the project and reference standards.
  • Ensure the conformity of the materials used and perform the acceptance checks, drafting the related sampling reports and concrete placement logs.
  • Collaborate with the RM and DL in drafting the Final Structural Report by gathering and archiving all necessary documentation.
  • Conduct periodic site inspections (at least daily) to directly verify the activities performed or in progress.
  • Draft the "Daily Report" for the activities under their responsibility and ensure it reaches the RM.
  • Review all reports produced by the Contractor regarding the listed activities.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering/Architecture or technical diploma (preferably surveyor).
  • At least three years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of the relevant current regulations: DPR 327/2001, DPR 380/2001, NTC 2018.
  • Good knowledge of CAD systems (Autocad, Microstation, and similar).
  • The candidate must have a good knowledge of regulatory aspects regarding current health and safety regulations (D.Lgs 81/08) and an excellent attitude and sensitivity towards behavioral and cultural aspects in favor of health, safety, and the environment, as well as compliance with the procedures and initiatives implemented by the Company on these issues.
  • Strong knowledge of civil construction regulations and standards.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to perform daily site inspections and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Proficiency in drafting reports and managing documentation.
