Overview:The Informatica Developer plays a critical role in designing developing and implementing Informatica ETL solutions to support the organizations data integration and data warehousing initiatives. They are responsible for maintaining the integrity and quality of data and ensuring effective data management across the organization.Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing developing and testing Informatica mappings sessions and workflows
  • Collaborating with data architects and business analysts to understand data requirements
  • Implementing best practices for data integration and data quality management
  • Performing performance tuning and troubleshooting of ETL processes
  • Developing and maintaining documentation related to ETL processes
  • Participating in code reviews and ensuring compliance with coding standards
  • Creating and maintaining ETL technical specifications and process documentation
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful data integration
  • Assisting in the implementation of data governance and data security policies
  • Providing support and maintenance for Informatica ETL processes
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
  • Proven experience as an Informatica Developer or similar role
  • Strong understanding of ETL concepts and best practices
  • Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter and other Informatica tools
  • Expertise in SQL and relational databases
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologies
  • Experience with data modeling and data mapping
  • Good understanding of data governance and data security principles
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and collaborative environment
