About the Role

The Engineering Manager is a key member of the leadership team. In this role, he/she provides the technical and strategic direction of all technological development activities of the production site, ensuring the required production and expected standards through:

  • Studies, proposals, and implementation of factory investment projects
  • Supervision of effective operation of the plants and auxiliary services
  • Maintenance management including water supply, energy supply, and wastewater treatment
Your Responsibilities
  • Ensure the technological level of the factory, existing plants, and new plants
  • Ensure the timely implementation of new projects
  • Ensure the testing of new equipment
  • Collaborate with the Energy and Electrical Manager to define plans for energy sources and technology
  • Ensure compliance with H&S Italian law and internal policies for accident prevention
The Experience We're Looking For
  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar position
  • Good knowledge of health, safety at work, environmental protection legislation, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Italian
