La tua nuova azienda Il nostro cliente è una realta multinazionale specializzato in trasporti internazionali e logistica overseas, con oltre oltre 85 uffici distribuiti in Europa, Asia-Pacifico, Nord America, Africa e Medio Oriente, con una forte expertise nei flussi tra la Francia e il resto del mondo, in particolare con l’Asia, il Nord America e l’Africa. Il tuo nuovo ruolo Stiamo ricercado un Branch Manager Africa che sarà responsabile della gestione e dello sviluppo delle linee commerciali e delle rotte logistiche nei mercati africani. Il suo obiettivo sarà quello di ottimizzare la redditività delle operazioni, rafforzare le partnership locali e garantire un servizio competitivo e sostenibile. La figura in questione si occuperà di: • Sviluppare e gestire le rotte commerciali verso/da l’Africa, identificando opportunità di espansione e miglioramento. • Coordinare le attività operative e commerciali con agenti locali, spedizionieri, terminal e partner logistici. • Monitorare le performance delle linee (volumi, costi, margini, puntualità) e proporre azioni correttive. • Negoziare accordi commerciali con clienti, fornitori e stakeholder locali. • Collaborare con il team pricing per definire strategie tariffarie competitive. • Analizzare i trend di mercato, le normative doganali e le dinamiche geopolitiche che impattano il business. • Supportare il lancio di nuovi servizi o l’ottimizzazione di quelli esistenti. • Garantire il rispetto degli standard di qualità, sicurezza e sostenibilità nelle operazioni. Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo • Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria dei Trasporti, Logistica o affini. • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli commerciali o operativi nel settore trasporti/logistica, preferibilmente con focus su mercati africani. • Conoscenza delle dinamiche di trasporto marittimo, terrestre e multimodale. • Ottime capacità analitiche, negoziali e relazionali. • Forte orientamento al risultato e alla gestione autonoma di progetti complessi. • Fluente in inglese Sede di lavoro: Milano Est Cosa avrai in cambio Possibilità di crescita e importante ruolo di responsabilità in un contesto internazionale Cosa devi fare ora Se sei interessato a questa opportunità, clicca su "Candidarsi ora" per inviare una copia aggiornata del tuo CV.
