The successful candidate will assist in various Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) tasks, contributing to the overall safety and compliance of our operations. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HSE practices and procedures.Responsibilities and Duties: Support managers in applying HSE policies and standards.Help implement and monitor the HSE Management System.Coordinate with contractors/agencies and assess local risks.Develop local HSE procedures, checklists, and plans.Ensure compliance through audits and corrective actions.Track HSE reports, lead meetings, and support incident investigations.Assist with HSE safety inspections /workshop visitsAssist with HSE safety induction presentationAssist in maintaining safety/environmental records, documentation, and databasesEssential Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently graduated a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Law or Prevention Technician in the WorkplaceGood proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.Basic knowledge of Italian health, safety, and environmental regulations.Proactive, determined, and team-oriented mindset.Good proficiency in English.BlueFlex Scheme: The role is designed to be fully on‑site, encouraging in‑person collaboration and teamwork across all five working days.Certifications and Awards:The Disability Equality Index awarded us the title of “Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion” in 2023.Ranked among LinkedIn’s “Top Companies in the UK for Career Development” in 2024.Proud member of Business Disability Inn and Valuable 500 initiative.Proudly ranked 4.3 out of 5 on Glassdoor for Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.Proudly ranked 4.1 out of 5 on Glassdoor for overall employee benefits.Proudly ranked 4.2 out of 5 overall on Indeed.SLB is an equal opportunity employer.
