Randstad Inhouse, Specialty Pharma, for a multinational company in consumer healthcare sector  is looking for a Material. Planner. The Material Planner, will be responsible for the execution of all activities related to the planning and procurement of raw materials and components.

Work area: Pomezia

Contractual situation: fixed-term contract.

Retribuzione annua: 34000€ - 40000€

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in production scheduling, supply planning, or a related role within a healthcare FMCG manufacturing environment
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with global stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex production scheduling challenges
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Raw Materials and Components inventories within target, while minimizing excess, obsolete and expired materials
  • Ensure that all material delivery schedules are communicated to the suppliers on time to meet plan requirements
  • Executes potential deviations to the plan assessing with the suppliers the feasibility of the changes, rapidly highlighting to the affected internal stakeholders if the changes are not possible
  • Connect with Supply Planning to ensure seamless flow of information and ensure a fully integrated approach to delivering key metrics – Customer Service, Inventory, and Cost
