Hr Reporting Specialist - Excel Advanced (Maternity Cover)

You'll be supporting the HR team of our client, Leader in Credit Services, ensuring efficient end to end HR process and activities.

Responsibilities:
Support of the administrative related tasks, maintaining employee files and records
Support the end to end hr process and activities for all employee in close collaboration with local and global teams and relevant stakeholders
Reporting and data analysis (ad-hoc reports preparation offering detailed insight and analysis, monthly headcount)
Monthly monitoring on usage and planning of residual vacations, leaves and absences
Support budget and forecast activities

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:
Master's Degree in Economics, Business or HR related subjects
Previous experience as Admin support, Reporting analyst
Excellent knowledge of Excel ( SEARCH VERT, VLOOKUP, IF )
Fluency in Italian and English ( B2)

We offer a fixed term contract, maternity cover. Based in Milan
Gross annual salary: 30K - 32K, to be determined according to seniority
